suna1 Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know About Using the Platform

Any breach of these rules will result in immediate account termination by suna1, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Suna1 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• If Identity Verification Fails.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Member-initiated closure (self-exclusion).

Members may request to close their account at any time through support. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules — provided there are no pending conditions.
